How long does shipping take for online orders?
Most domestic orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days depending on your location.
What is your return policy on skate decks?
We accept returns on unused decks within 30 days of purchase. However, once a deck has been gripped or skated, it is no longer eligible for return.
Do you offer professional assembly for complete skateboards?
Yes, if you purchase a deck, trucks, wheels, and bearings together, you can request free assembly in the order notes and our team will build it for you.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for a secure checkout experience.
Can I track my package once it has shipped?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our shop, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number and a link to follow the delivery progress.
