At 510 Skateboarding, we want to ensure you are stoked with your gear, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn apparel and unmounted decks in their original packaging. Please note that used skate hardware or items with grip tape applied are ineligible for return unless a manufacturer defect is present.
Verify Eligibility
Ensure your items are in brand-new condition, with all original tags attached and skate decks still in their shrink wrap.
Initiate Your Request
Email our support team with your order number and photos of the items to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your gear in its original shipping box and include your RMA slip before mailing it back to our Berkeley storefront.
Receive Refund or Credit
Once our team inspects the equipment, we will process your refund to the original payment method or issue store credit within 5-7 business days.
